Microwave Omelette

Ingredients
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.125 cup 2 % KROGER MILK REDUCED FAT 1 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) 3 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb Bacon, pork, microwaved 0.5 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) .25 cup Mushrooms, canned .25 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
Directions
Bake bacon in oven at 350 til desired crispness.
Beat 2 eggs with 2 Tbsp milk and pour half in each side of omelette maker. Microwave open in 30,sec increments til done. Add rest of ingredients and microwave in 30 sec increments until desired softness. Close the omelette maker and cook another 30 seconds. Slide onto plate add more cheese if desired.
