Egyptian White beans in a red sauce

Ingredients
5.0 cup Beans, pinto boiled4.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw, minced3.0 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes, blended into a sauce5.0 tbsp Corn Oil12.0 oz Farm Fresh Frozen Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts cubed
Directions
Boil beans until semi tender, set aside. Sautee the onions add 2 tsp of minced garlic in the oil, sautee the chicken, add spices, add the tomato sauce, cook the chicken, add the beans, cook again for about half an hour. Serve with white rice.
