Ingredients
Wash and dry the greens, boil the egg for 10 minutes, then let it rest in the hot water off the burner for another 5 minutes, cut in squares and add a dash of salt to the yolks, a dash of black pepper, and parsley; then add the diced ham, mix it with the greens and add to the mix 1 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp baslsamin vinegar, a drop of sesame oil, squeeze half the lime on the salad, turn it over, equeeze the other half, add croutons as a final touch. Serves 2.126 calories per serving.You will feel fool, with proteins included.
