Spanish cauliflower rice meal

Ingredients
1.0 head, large (6-7" dia) Cauliflower, raw1.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper1.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh1.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw4.0 cup Canned Tomatoes16.0 oz Ground beef, lean1.0 cup Tomato Sauce1.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Clean cauliflower cut into small pieces rice it in your food processor. Cook ground beef with 1.5 tsp fresh garlic minced Drain and set aside Cup up green pepper, onion an mushrooms finely. Take diced canned tomatoes and purree them. Put vegtables into large skillet and saute with some of the water 5 min. Add ground beef. Tomatoes and tomatoe sauce. Mix well. Add 1 tsp each cumin, chili powder, chilies 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper Mix well let come to a boil and turn down heat simmer for 30 min stir occasionally. Serve hot and enjoy.
