No-Butter Chicken

Ingredients
4 tbsp Olive Oil 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 4 clove Garlic 8 tsp Ginger Root 1 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste 8 tsp packed Brown Sugar 2 tbsp Cumin seed 8 tsp Garam Masala (by BIGGIRL2082010) 2 tsp ground tumeric (by INSPIREDBYCHJ) 1 tsp Salt 6 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh .5 cup Dannon - Greek Yogurt - Plain
Directions
heat oil in pan. Cook onion, ginger, and garlic for 4 minutes. Add spices and tomato paste, and cook for another 2 minutes. Add chicken, yogurt, and 1/2 water. Cook for 8 minutes. Serve with rice or roti.
