Yummy Blueberry Muffins

1 cup white flour3/4 cup whole wheat flour3 tsp baking powder1/4 cup brown sugar1/4 tsp cinnamon1/8 tsp nutmeg1 pinch of salt3 tbsp margarine, melted1 cup milk1 egg, beaten1 cup blueberries
Preheat oven to 400°F or 200°C
Mix the flours, baking powder, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt all together in a big bowl.
Pull the flour mixture to the sides of the bowl creating an empty spot in the center of the bowl.
Add milk, melted butter and the egg(already beaten) to fill the hole.Using a fork slowly mix it all together.
At the end when the mixing is finished gently fold in the blueberries.
Grease the muffin pan and fill cups about 1/2 to 2/3 full.
Now, use the 2 teaspoons of sugar to sprinkle the tops of the muffins and place in the oven(on the center rack).
Bake at 400°F or 200°C for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on your desired doneness.
