Scallop Potatoes w/Cheddar Cheese

Ingredients
2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Baked Potato, with skin 1 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions, raw 0.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 2 tbsp Paprika 1 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 1 1tsp Olive Oil 0.25 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Slice potatoes and onion into 1/8" thick pieces and layer in bottom of baking dish, with lid, sprayed with olive oil. Between layers sprinkle flour and paprika. Add grated cheese and warm milk. Place in oven at 350℉. Bake for 45 - 60 minutes.
