Mexican Turkey Rice

*Brown Rice, long grain, 3 cup*Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey, 32 ozBeans, black, 1 can*Green Chiles (small can)*Old el Paso Refried Beans - Fat Free, 1 can*Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 4 tsp (other spices to tase incl. cilantro, cumin, crushed red pepper & paprika)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped*Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 1 cup (or 1 can Rotel tomatoes & chiles)
Cook rice as directed. Sauteee onions & chiles in large skillet, add ground turkey & taco seasoning & cook until meat is thouroughly browned. Add black beans, refried beans, tomatoes & meat mixture to rice & combine thouroughly. Good served with a little fat free sour cream & 2% shredded cheese.
