Cauliflower Crust

Ingredients
Directions
1 head, large (6-7" dia) Cauliflower, raw 1 oz Parmesan grated3 large eggs
Grind the cauliflower in the food processor until finely ground.
Add to a pot with a half cup of water and let cook for 5-6 minutes.
Cool and squeeze out excess water with a cloth napkin.
Add cauliflower to a large bowl with the oz of cheese and eggs mix until well combined.
Pat into 2 10 inch round pizza shapes. Bake at 400 for 40 minutes.
Add desired tpppings and put back in the oven until cheese is melted and brown
