Ingredients
260 gram Jennie-o turkey breakfast sausage 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 7 oz Edam Cheese 4 oz Parmesan Cheese, hard, hand shredded1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Oregano, ground 1 tsp Basil 1/2 cup Sour Cream 4 slices- Muenster deli style sliced - 1 slice
Directions
Mix eggs and sour cream with a hand blender until well mixed. add spices and baking powder and mix, add cheeses and mix by hand, add breakfast sausage. put into a well greased pan and top with 4 slices muenster cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until bubbly and done
