12 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 1 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup 6 slice (1 oz) Cheddar Cheese 2 cup Spinach, frozen 1 package (9 oz) Artichokes, frozen
Directions
mix everything together, bake at 300 for one hour
