1/4 tsp Dill weed1/2 tsp Paprika 1/2 tsp Salt 1tsp Olive Oil 1 tsp diced Garlic, preferably roasted2 slices French bread 1 tbsp Distilled White Vinegar 1/4 cup Jasmine Rice 3 cups Water
Bring water, salt, paprika, garlic, dill, olive oil, and rice to a boil. Reduce heat to low, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, until rice is soft. Stir in vinegar. Serve by sinking a piece of bread into each bowl, and topping with soup.
