Bacon BBQ Meatloaf

2.5 pounds 93% lean hamburger 1 cup BBQ Sauce, divided (I use Sweet Baby Rays Original)24 Saltine Crackers 3 Eggland's Best Large Egg s1/4 cup 2% Milk 16 pieces lower sodium bacon, cooked and crumbled, divided in half1/2 tsp Garlic powder 1/2 tsp Onion powder 1/2 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Pepper
In a large bowl mix the eggs, 1/3 cup BBQ sauce, milk and seasonings. Crush and stir in the crackers. Next add the hamburger and half (8 slices) of the bacon, mixing well.
Transfer to a crockpot that you have sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Cook on Low for 5 hours or High for 2 &1/2 hours.
Scoop out any fat that has accumulated. Top with the remaining BBQ sauce and bacon.
