2 cups Brown or White rice (cold)2 tbsp - Light Soy Sauce (adjust to taste)1/2 tsp - Ginger powder (optional)1 cup - imitation crab meat - chopped1/3 of a ripe Haas Avocado, chopped1/4C - chopped cucumber1/4C - chopped / sliced carrot
Mix rice and soy sauce & ginger powder together in a bowl until rice is well seasoned. Add chopped crabmeat, cucumber & carrot. Mix more, lastly stir in chopped avocado.
Serve with additional ginger or wasabi if you like that.
