150 gram(s) Inca's food - Aji Amarillo, Whole in Brine 200 grams Queso Fresco, Verole (by JOSIE281) 16 tbsp Great Value Evaporated Milk (by TROISPEACE) 4 tbsp Canola Oil, 100% Pure Great Value (by PUNKY09) 2 serving Garlic (1 clove) (by AIRAMEI) 1 serving Onion, White/Red, Fresh (1 Slice- Large 1/4") (by JERRYB213) 7 serving Nabisco Original Saltine Crackers 1 serving Milk Reduced Fat Milk 2% Great Value ( 1 cup serving)
Begin with heating oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add onion and sautee until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and aji paste and continue to cook until heated through about 5 minutes. In a blender, add onion mixture and all remaining ingredients except milk. Blend until thoroughly combined and sauce is an even deep yellow/orange. Add milk to reach desired consistency. Taste and add salt if necessary.
