1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1.25 cup Snap peas 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2- Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 1.5 cup, strips or slices Carrots, raw 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 8 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 1 tbsp Soy Sauce 1 serving Mirin Sweet Cooking Rice Wine (by SWEETNSILLY) 2 tsp Ginger Root 2 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
Directions
marinate sliced chicken in soy mirin ginger
stir fry chicken remove set aside stir fry vegetables
add remaining marinade mixture to wok
service with rice
