Ingredients
2 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour (by BABYHUNT) 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground .125 tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (Evolution Salt Co) (by TAMMAGDALENO) .125 tsp Nutmeg, ground .5 tsp Baking Powder 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream 1 tbsp Coconut Milk (Silk) .1 cup Mrs. Butterworth's Sugar Free Syrup 1 tbsp "LouAna" Pure Coconut Oil .5 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients in the mug. Mix all liquid ingredients in separate container. Add the liquids to the dry in the mug. Microwave 2 minutes. Top with sugar free cream cheese frosting while still warm.
