Honey-cinnamon almonds

2 Tbsp I cant belive its not butter2 c almonds*1/4 c honey Spice Mix:2 tsp cinnamon3/4 tsp salt3/4 tsp ginger1/2 tsp nutmeg
In a skillet over medium-low heat, melt butter and add almonds. Lightly toast.
Add honey and stir well. cook over medium-high heat 4 min until mixture is foamy.
Add coated almonds to spice mix. Stir until well coated.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly coat with cooking spray. Spread almonds on baking sheet, and allow to cool.
1 serving=1/4 cup
*May substitute pecans, walnuts, cashews, hazlenuts or macadamia nuts (remember to change ingredients)
