Ingredients
1 medium banana, peeled and frozen1/2 cup skim milk (can use flavored soy milk)1T cocoa powder1 tsp sugar or splenda to taste
Directions
Put all ingredients into a blender and pulse till smooth. Makes one serving of about 1 cup. Should be consistency of soft serve ice cream. Melts quick, but is a great treat for a chocolate fix! Portion control is built right in.
