Directions
Prepare quinoa by boiling 2 cups water - add quinoa - boil for 12 minutes - take off fire and let sit for 15 minutes.

In a skillet put olive oil, broccoli, onion and mushrooms - cook on low heat until broccoli is soft.

Mix Quinoa and veggies together.
