Turkey Breast (chopped)Mixed Vegetables (frozen)Chicken brothSaltPepperGarlic powdercorn starch
Directions
combine all ingredients in a pan on the stove except corn starch. Mix corn starch with water until it dissolves. Gradually add it to the ingredients while stirring. Bring to a boil, turn heat down to medium and let it cook until the vegetables get soft. Stir occasionally.

This works especially well with left-over thanksgiving turkey that you have frozen to use later.

I made this without the corn starch and it was yummy. It was super easy to through everything together. I also put it in the crock pot so I just let it simmer until we were ready to eat it. - 3/13/07
