10 gram(s) instant yeast (by CHINCHILLA3) 3 tsp Granulated Sugar 3 cup Organic All-Purpose White Flour 1 tsp Salt 0.25 cup Olive Oil 0.5 tsp Garlic 1 dash Salt 1 cup water
Mix the water, sugar and yeast and let it activate. Once it is foamy slowly add the salt and flour and knead to a soft dough. Allow the dough to prove in a warm place until double its size - about 1 hour. Heat a non stick frying pan and portion the dough out into 12 equal portions. On a well floured surface roll each portion out to about 5 mm thickness. Dust as much flour off and place in the heated pan. When bubbles start forming and the underside is starting to brown you can turn over and repeat on the second side. Once cooked, remove from the heat and set aside. Brush lightly with the Olive oil that has been combined with the garlic and salt. Repeat with the rest of the dough.
