8 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla 2 Tbsp Whey Protein Powder.25 tsp Cinnamon, ground .50 tsp Vanilla Extract 4 tsp Swerve Granulated 1 tsp flaxmeal1 cup ice
blend all ingredients for 30 sec.
I had to use a conversion to match up ingredients in the system. Per initial recipe there was on 1.60 carbs and Fiber 1.10 for net carbs of .60. The net carbs match but the totals are different. I can't match them with the recipe because I used what I could with ingredients available in system. Amounts will vary depending on the brands you use.
