1.0 cup Spinach, fresh1.25 cup Whole Wheat Flour1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup1.0 tbsp Canola Oil1.0 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh1.0 tbsp 1 tbsp international delight french vanilla coffee creamer0.2 cup Granulated Sugar0.5 serving GNC Pro Performance Whey Isolate 28 Protein Powder (Vanilla): 1 scoop= 1 serving
Directions
Add spinach, banana, egg, milk, and oil to blender and blend til smooth. Mix with dry ingredients(plus 1tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2tsp salt), cook like normal pancakes
