Ingredients
16 oz Chicken - Tyson Grilled & Ready Chicken Breast Strips 1 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw 2 tbsp La Choy Lite Soy Sauce (Low sodium)
Directions
coat skillet w/ 2 TBS canola or other plant based oil
add veggies, cook until tender.
cook chicken in separate skillet until heated through, add to veggies when they are done. add soy sauce and stir before serving
