1 tbsp melted butter2 TB sour cream 1/4 C finely ground almond flour33g GNC 100% whey protein powder, unflavoredRanch dressing mix-- 2 tsp (not included in nutrition profile)
whisk butter and sour cream until smooth
whisk in ranch mix
add almond flour and protein powder & mix well
it will be a stiff dough
Pre-heat pizzelle iron
use a 1/2 tsp to measure dough and roll into little balls
grease iron and place 3 balls equal distance apart onto each pizzelle mold
Close & cook 30-40 seconds
Makes 33 crackers
