Apple Strudel Quinoa Breakfast Cereal

Ingredients
1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 0.50 cup Apples, dried 0.25 cup, packed Raisins 2.50 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 3 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar 1 cup 365 Organic Quinoa 1 serving great value greek nonfat yogurt (plain) - 1 c.
Directions
Combine quinoa, water, apple, raisins and cinnamon in saucepan. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce to simmer for 15-17 minutes. Stir in vanilla and brown sugar. To serve, divide between bowls and top with yogurt.
