Spinach Pie

Ingredients
1 frozen package of spinach, thawed and drained1.75 Cups of Shredded cheddar cheese16 oz container of cottage cheese3 eggs3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted3 tbsp flourpinch of salt
Directions
Thaw spinach in refrigerator overnight and then take out at least an hour before cooking, so that it can thaw completely. Squeeze excess water from spinach. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine cheddar cheese, cottage cheese and spinach in mixing bowl. mix in 3 large egss and 3tbsp of melted butter. Mix well and then add flour gradually. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pour into glass pie pan. Bake for 75 minutes or until the pie is brown on the bottom. Enjoy!
