2.5 cup Beans, pinto0.5 cup Tomato Paste1.0 cup Diced Tomatoes1.5 tsp Cumin0.5 tbsp Chili powder0.25 tsp Paprika1 cup Apple Cider vinegar6.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onion diced
Directions
Soak beans in water overnight. Put all ingredients together in instant pot and cook on high pressure for 1 hour.
