1.5 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry2 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap1 cup slices Peaches, fresh or frozen0.25 cup, packed Brown Sugar2 tbsp Honey1 tsp Cinnamon, ground0.5 tsp Salt
Mix together oats, milk, water, peaches, brown sugar, honey, cinnamon and salt in pressure cooker pot. Cover and lock lid into position. Cook on Risotto/Steam for 10 minutes. Use spatula to release pressure when done.
