Ingredients
3 cup Romaine lettuce, torn1 slice bacon, cooked and crumbled1 large Hard Boiled Egg , chopped4 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, grilled0.25 Avocados, California (Haas) 0.5 oz Blue Cheese
Directions
place torn romain on large plate.

add crumbled ingredients (in individual lines if you want to be classically correct. it is lovely this way for the sake of presentation.) over the top,

drizzle with red wine vinegrette (recipe listed separately)

enjoy!
