Red Curry Beef Taco Meat

1 pound lean ground beef1/4 red onion, chopped1 tablespoon red curry paste2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger3 garlic cloves, minced2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce3 tablespoons Asian/Thai Sweet Red Chili Sauce1/4 teaspoon pepper1 teaspoon dry basil1 15 oz. can red kidney beans1 tablespoon lime juice
Heat 1 teaspoon olive oil over medium high heat in a large skillet. Brown beef and onions until beef is no longer pink. Add red curry paste, ginger and garlic and saute for 30 seconds. Add remaining Taco Ingredients, cover and turn heat to low. Allow flavors to meld, stirring occasionally.
