"Locked and Loaded" Cookies

¼ cup cream cheese, softened1 tbsp sunbutter (or your favourite nut/seed butter)¼ cup white sugar¼ cup packed light brown sugar1 tsp vanilla extract1.9 oz whole wheat flour2 tbsp ground flaxseed⅓ teaspoon baking soda¼ tsp nutmegpinch salt½ cup rolled oats¼ cup hemp seeds¼ cup chocolate chips¼ cup caramel bits
In large bowl, cream together cream cheese, peanut butter and sugars. Beat in the vanilla.
Add the flour, flaxseed, baking soda, nutmeg and salt, beating well.
Stir in the remaining additions until fully mixed.
Cover and chill for 1 hour, up to overnight.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
Drop by spoonfuls onto parchment-lined cookie sheets and flatten with damp fingers.
Bake 10 - 12 minutes, until golden brown.
Cool slightly, remove from sheet to wire rack.
Serving Size: Makes ~14 cookies
