Ingredients
6 serving Egg Beaters, original - 1/4 cup 2 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 6 oz HT Marinated Artichokes 1 serving Cheese - Cottage Cheese (Low Fat 2%) - Daisy brand - 1/2C 60 gram(s) Kraft Low Moisture Part Skim Shredded Mozzerella Cheese (by CHERRYSNOW) 6 tsp Cheese (Grated) - Parmesan Cheese - Kraft 100% 1 package (10 oz) yields Spinach, frozen 0.25 tsp Ground Cayanne Pepper (by SIRCHRISRR) 2 serving Garlic, Minced, Spice World (garlic,water,phosphoric acid) (by HANSOMEBOY)
Directions
Saute onions and garlic in butter, drain artichokes and spinach. Combine with eggs, cheeses, and pepper. Spoon into a greased muffin pan. Bake at 350 F for 25-30 minutes.
