1 tsp Parley, dried 20 oz lean ground turkey1 tsp black pepper3/4 tsp salt4 tsp Worchestershire sauce4 tsp Dijon mustard3/4 tsp garlic powder1 to 2 oz crumbled feta cheeseToppingsTomato slice1 tsp ketchup1 tsp Dijon mustard1 tbsp Vegenaise (healthier mayo)Wheat bun is not included in calculations.
1. In med. bowl, mix first 8 ingredients (feta). Divide and make six patties.
2. Broil for about 5 minutes on each side or until done.
3. Add the Vegenaise to bun and place burger to bottom bun. Top with tomato slice and add the Dijon-and-ketchup mixture. Cover with top bun.
