Ingredients
4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream 3 tbsp Coconut Oil 4 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour (by BABYHUNT) 3 tsp Sweetener, Swerve Confectioners (by KINSPAPPY) 0.25 tsp Baking Powder 0.25 tsp Morton Table Salt (by LITTLELADY1996)
Directions
Measure all wet ingredients into a bowl; whisk thoroughly. Measure and add dry ingredients. Whisk thoroughly. Let sit about 5 min. Heat griddle; measure 1/4 C per pancake. Cook 3-4 min. Enjoy.
