Ingredients
3.75 cup Cauliflower, raw 3 serving Bacon - Farmland Thick Sliced Bacon 4 oz Cream Cheese 3 serving Cheese, Cabot Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese (1 serving = 1 ounce) 8 tbsp Highland heavy cream 4 cup Swanson Natural Goodness Chicken Broth 1 tbsp chopped Fresh Chives
Directions
Cook cauliflower and onions until tender in the chicken broth add cheeses cream chopped bacon and chives. blend with hand blender and serve
