Chicken and white rice

Ingredients
3.0 cup White Rice, medium grain3.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw3.0 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth1.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap1.0 tbsp Garlic powder32.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
Directions
Chop and boil off chicken or use about 2 lbs of precooked chicken. Add cooked chicken, celery, onion, garlic powder into a large pot with chicken broth and water. You may have to add more water as it boils off. Cook at medium heat until onions and celery are cooked thru. Add rice and reduce heat to low. You may have to add a little water for you rice. Salt to taste.

Serving Size: 1 bowl (about 1 1/2 -2 cup) make 6 servings.
