Ingredients
2 pounds ground turkey 29 ounces tomato sauce29 ounces kidney beans, canned29 ounces pinto beans, canned1 cup onion - diced1/2 cup diced green chiles1/2 cup celery - diced1 can stewed tomatoes2 teaspoons cumin3 teaspoons chili powder2 teaspoons salt2 cups water
Directions
Brown the meat and frain off the fat. Add all ingredients to large pot and simmer for about 1 hr. Makes 12 servings

    I have been looking for a good turkey chili recipe and this is it. I did omit the celery since my husband and I both don't care for it. I also used home canned tomatoes. Thanks for sharing this recipe. - 10/26/08
