Ingredients
6 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 6 oz 95% Extra Lean Ground Beef (by CLTHIES) 16 oz Jennie-O Turkey Store - Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast with Natural Flavorings 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1.75 cup Tomato Sauce 1 serving Extra Long Grain Natural Brown Rice, Riceland Brand (1 serv = 3/4 cup cooked) 10 gram Sauce, Worcester Sauce, Lee & Perrin's, 1 tsp=4g (by LISAPEPPAN) 3 tbsp Parmasian Cheese Grated (by TODD7623)
Directions
Mix all ingredients and stuff the peppers. Save the cheese to sprinkle on the top of the standing peppers. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes. Use a little tomato sauce or ketchup on the top of the peppers.
