3.0 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked5.0 stalk, small (5" long) Celery, raw4.0 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)2.0 1tsp Canola Oil2.0 tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.25 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend7.0 oz Shrimp, raw
Directions
Heat the oil in a wok Add the onions and celery to fried Add the shrimp follow by the rice, cook for 5 minutes. In a small bowl mix the eggs, lemon pepper with the soy milk and add it to the rest, cook for 2 to 3 minutes
