Feta Stuffed Chicken

1 Chicken Breast1 oz Feta Cheese - Mediterranian Herbs1 Tbsp Olive Oil1 tsp Oregeo1 tsp Basil1 clove Garlicsalt and pepper to taste
Brush chicken breast with olive oil. Sprinkle half the oregeo, basil, salt and pepper on both sides of the breast.
Cook in the oven on 350 for approximately 15-20 minutes.
Remove chicken from oven and carefully cut a 'pocket' into it from the side.
Brush olive oil inside the chicken breast. Sprinkle the rest of the oregeom basil, salt, and pepper in the pocket.
Stuff the chicken with the feta cheese and the garlic clove.
Return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
Serve with rice or Lemon Herb Potatos.
