Ingredients
0.50 tsp Pepper, black 0.50 tsp Salt 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 2 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 1 serving So Delicious Coconut Milk Yogurt (150 g) 1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 2 oz (20 halves) Pecans chopped in small pieces
Directions
Chop and mix chicken and fresh vegetables, add yogurt and spices. Server over the bed of baby mixed greens.
