Low Carb Chicken Saag

Ingredients
2 package (10 oz) yields Spinach, frozen 8 oz Greek yogurt, plain, Greek Gods (whole milk) (by CSMNETC) 5 tbsp Garam Masala (by JACE520) 2 tbsp garlic, minced in olive oil (by JOHNDEWIT) 28 grams Ginger Root .5 stick Butter, salted 1000 grams Roasting Chicken, dark meat
Directions
Thaw and drain the spinach. Cut chicken in bite size pieces. Melt butter in skillet. Saute the garlic, ginger and garam masala. Add chicken and cook through. Add the spinach. When the spinach is hot all the way through stir in the yogurt. Salt to taste.
