Stir Fry Zucchini Noodles with Chicken

2 tbsp Coconut Oil 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 4 medium Zucchini, baby 1 tbsp Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Hoisin Sauce 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce 1 cup slices Water chestnuts 1 cup (1/2" slices) Bamboo shoots, raw 2 cup Bean sprouts 4 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
Cut the chicken breast into pieces in 1tbsp oil until cooked through. Set aside.
Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.
Add onions and cook for 4 to 5 minutes, or until translucent and tender.
Stir in zucchini and continue to cook for 2 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients; mix and continue to cook for 5 minutes, or until zucchini is tender.
Remove from heat. Add chicken to vegetable mixture.
Serve.
