Ingredients
Directions

Core and slice apple into slices ~ 1/8 in thick. Dry apples and sweetened cranberries in dessicator, or purchase dried cranberries and follow the instructions for drying the apple: Place slices directly on clean upper rack in oven. Cover lower rack with aluminum foil to catch any apple slices that my fall as they lose water. Put oven on "warm" and leave overnight.
Roughly chop cranberries, almonds, and apple. Stir into yogurt cheese. Makes approximately 5 servings of 1/4 c. each. Excellent as a dessert served with toasted whole-wheat pita bread, or even as a breakfast spread for a toasted english muffin!
