Great recipe! I added a little honey to sweeten mine a little more and I let it cook until most of the juice was out as well. - 1/21/12

This was excellent. I didn't use coriander because I didn't have any, but either way it was excellent. I will make this again. - 1/25/10

This meal was very good! I wish I would have added more cayenne (I put about 1/2 tsp in). I also boiled the chicken/sauce until the sauce thickened (mostly evaporated)...that made it extra good, I think. I served w/teriyaki rice (uncle ben's) and fresh corn on the cob... Yum Yum! - 5/26/08

Sounds totally yummy... will make tonight minus the peppers and the coriander. I will serve it with brown rice and mashed sweet potatoes. : ) - 5/2/08
