PALEO pear muffins

Ingredients
4 pear, medium (approx 2-1/2 per Pears, fresh 1.5 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil 1.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground 3 fl oz Water, tap 9 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3 serving Milk, So Delicious Coconut Milk Creamer (1 Tbsp) .05 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1.5 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour (by BABYHUNT) .25 tsp Baking Soda 0.5 cup, chopped Walnuts
Directions
chop 4 pears into 2" pcs, In warm skillet add pears, water & cinnamon. Sauté to a consistency of chunky applesauce (keep stirring). In large bowl whisk eggs, coconut milk, & cinnamon. Stir in coconut flour & baking soda, no lumps. Add pears to egg mixture & stir in 1/2 of the walnuts. Fill greased (or paper) muffin tins, top with remaining walnuts. Bake 40 minutes
