Alice's Banana Muffins

Ingredients
3 large, over-ripe bananas, mashed½ cup sugar2 tbsp Truvia Baking Blend1 egg⅓ cup melted butter¾ cup all-purpose flour¾ cup spelt flour1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda½ tsp salt ¼ tsp nutmeg ¾ cup coconut granola, for topping
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F and grease muffin tins.
Combine bananas, sugar, Truvia, egg and melted butter in a large bowl.
Add flours, baking powder, baking soda, salt and nutmeg.
Mix until just smooth.
Scoop into muffin pans and top with granola.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
