Low Carb Cauliflower Casserole

400 grams Cauliflower, cooked 1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 200 gram(s) Soure cream 15% (by BONOU2) 2 tbsp French Fried Onions
1. Divide the cauliflower into small florets and wash. Boil the cauliflower in a saucepan with a little water for about 10 minutes. Drain excess water and purify with a potato stirrer or in the kitchen machine.
2. Add the sour cream, and mix to a mash. Add Half the fried onions and half the cheese under the cauliflower puree. Season with salt and pepper and place in a baking dish. Sprinkle fried onions and remaining cheese and bake for 15 minutes in a hot oven until the cheese is golden brown.
